Skyway Construction Project Results in Tempoary Pedestrian Detour at Terminal 2 Light Rail Station
From May 3 through the end of October 2010, users of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport's (MSP) Terminal 2 Light Rail Transit Station can expect to use a pedestrian detour to access adjacent parking ramps and the terminal building. The detour will direct LRT users along the ground level rather than up one level.
The detour is due to construction of a skyway linking the MSP Value Parking ramp with the terminal building, giving LRT users an enclosed walkway to and from the terminal and parking ramps beginning late this year.
