Crystal Airport is located in the northern suburbs, adjacent to Crystal, Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center. The airport has the most runways of any MAC reliever airport: three paved and one turf. The northwest-southeast parallel runways are 3,266 feet and 3,263 feet. The third paved runway runs northeast and southwest and is 2,499 feet long. The airport also is served by an air traffic control tower, several full-service operators, an operation serving helicopters and a specialized propeller shop.
In 2007, there were 53,038 landings and takeoffs.
